Research on DMSO

Full credit to A Midwestern Doctor (AMD) for all research, https://www.midwesterndoctor.com/ and to Dr Robert Yoho for collating it.

What is DMSO?

DMSO stands for Dimethyl Sulfoxide. It is a 100% natural solvent, a product of trees, and a biproduct of the paper making industry.

It was originally manufactured as an industrial solvent in the mid 20th Century, but it's unique ability to penetrate biological membranes means it has many potential healing properties and diverse applications in the medical fields.

At present, DMSO is a controversial substance, and the FDA and TGA have banned claims from being made about it's health benefits. Fortunately, A Midwestern Doctor has spent countless hours researching this miraculous substance, The attached PDF is a compilation of his efforts.

The use of DMSO in Wildkraft Apothecary's products as a natural solvent and vehicle to deliver botanical and other therapeutic substances into the cells. I have attached the research here to encourage those interested to educate themselves on the topic.

Happy reading!
